Andrew Michael Ellis director / producer
Andrew Michael Ellis is a filmmaker who uses intimate storytelling to raise consciousness around complex social issues. His work has been featured by Sundance, DOC NYC, and Camerimage, as well as outlets such as CNN, The New York Times, and The New Yorker. Most recently, Andrew spent the past year working with film director Terrence Malick, as both an editor, and 2nd unit cinematographer.
Ben Stamper producer / art director
Ben Stamper is a filmmaker and visual artist who enjoys using moving images to reveal the invisible world. He has received commissions from The Guggenheim Museum’s Works & Process Arts Series, MetLiveArts, The Louis Armstrong Museum House and Archives, Gallim Dance and Utah State University. Ben is a Lincoln City fellow and has been an artist-in-residence at Center for Faith & Work and Grace Farms Foundation.
Ben is co-founder of Helix films and long-time collaborator with Andrew Michael Ellis. Together they create films that celebrate human movement and explore universal themes through personal stories.
Nick Stuart executive producer
Nick Stuart is founder of Transform Films Inc and a Peabody award winner whose 30 year career as documentary director, producer and TV reporter and presenter spans both sides of the Atlantic. Apart from independent documentary films Nick has made programming for Netflix, Starz, BBC, ITV, Discovery, National Geographic and Al Jazeera English and was EP on Serving Life with Forest Whitaker that won the Cine Golden Eagle Judges’ award in the U.S. His experiences reporting around the world led him to set up Transform Films Inc. as a focus for independent filmmakers committed to using documentary storytelling as a catalyst for change to bring about a more just world.
Nick is a member of the Producers’ Guild of America.
Beth Fraikorn executive producer
Emmy Award-winning Fraikorn has an established reputation for her deep acumen in content development and distribution. Known for her expertise, passion, and industry knowledge, Fraikorn is a growth catalyst with a keen focus on creating acclaimed and entertaining content. Persistence, drive, and business savvy have resulted in successes from establishing NHK’s first US HD studio to turning around a Disney IDEAS for increased growth and revenue. She founded Compulsion Entertainment Inc., and placed hundreds of hours of original and library content into domestic and global TV markets with nearly every streamer and broadcaster. Beth serves as a judge for various industry awards and is on the Board of Delegates for the Producers Guild of America.

One of our films, Serving Life, launched Oprah Winfrey’s Documentary Club.
Odyssey Impact impact campaign
ODYSSEY IMPACT, INC., is an interfaith media nonprofit with a mission to drive social change through innovative storytelling and media connection faith and secular communities. Odyssey Impact will conduct the Social Impact Campaign for Second Shot. A social impact campaign is a strategic engagement program providing the resources for faith and secular communities to address the most critical social issues in our society, such as hate. The guiding principle of each campaign is to use film to raise audience awareness, shifting attitudes and inspiring action among people of faith and goodwill. The result? A society connected, engaged and united.
